We are so excited to bring subscriptions to our valued customers. It’s now never been easier to have your favorite flexed meals delivered on autopilot at your desired frequency. Simply choose your week day(s) you want delivery, which can be up to 3 days of the week (Tue/Thurs/Sat), and select the meals you want delivered for those days. Check out and you’re done! You’ll now recieve those meals every week automatically. Should you decide you want some variations, you can manage your subscription at My Meal Plan and change your meals at anytime.

We have over 25 Locations you pick up your meals from, however please be aware of the locations operation hours to make sure you can grab your meals before they close.

We charge a $15 dollar flat-fee to deliver anywhere in Houston, and the surrounding areas.

Yes! Up to 30 Days.

Whether you’re strapped for cash, or strapped for time, Flexed Foods has you covered! Not only does having our delicious meals ready on tap save you time, but they’re also, per meal, considerably less than eating fast food options.

Our meals typically last up to 5 days assuming they have adequate refridgeration. We reccommend you freeze any meals you dont plan to eat within those 5 days as soon as you can.

All of our meals are macro-friendly meals, and have zero added fats and oils. We stay away from cooking oils, and added preservatives.

We deliver to Houston and its major surrounding areas. Check our locations to see if we service your area.

All of our meals are transported in thermal bags to keep meals at safe temperatures while they’re transported to our free pickup locations. For our Deliveries, we ask you to leave a cooler with ice out if you’re not available to grab the delivery right away.
