Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Flexed Foods! We are committed to delivering fresh, healthy meals straight to your door with care and reliability. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Delivery Areas

Flexed Foods delivers exclusively within the Houston, Texas metropolitan area and 25 designated pickup locations in the surrounding areas.
 Please check our Pickup Locations & Hours page for the full list of locations.
 If your address is outside these areas, please contact our customer service team to discuss delivery options.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
 Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Meals are prepared fresh on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and delivered the following day: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday respectively.

  • We charge a flat delivery fee of $15 on all orders.

  • Free delivery is available for orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes).

  • If you choose to pick up your meals at one of our designated locations, no delivery fees apply.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all deliveries within our service areas.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied on orders over $100.

Handling of Orders

  • Orders are prepared and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing time.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or address changes.

Special Instructions

For unattended deliveries, please leave a cooler with ice outside to maintain meal freshness.
 We are not responsible for food spoilage due to a lack of proper storage after delivery.
